Privacy Policy

Effective October 1, 2026. This policy covers the fydao.ru website and the Fudao app (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, Linux). Both are parts of the ODV999 project, but they handle data differently.

1. The Fudao app: your data stays on your device

  • No account. No sign-up or login is required.
  • Your date, time and place of birth entered in the profile are stored only in the app's storage on your device. All calculations (BaZi, Gua number, natal chart, numerology and others) run on the device without an internet connection.
  • Calculation history is also stored only on your device.
  • The daily forecast notification is local: the app creates and shows it itself, with no server involved.
  • The app contains no analytics, advertising, tracking or third-party SDKs. It does not send your data to us or to anyone else on its own.
  • Problem report (๐Ÿž button) โ€” only when you press it and tap โ€œSendโ€: your message, the screen you were on, the app version, device and system type and, if you leave them on, a screenshot and a voice note are sent to our server so we can fix the problem. A contact for a reply is optional. Reports are not used for advertising and are not shared with third parties.
  • How to delete your data: clear the profile in the app or uninstall the app โ€” everything it stored is removed with it.

2. The fydao.ru website

On the website, calculators also run in your browser: the birth date you enter is not sent to the server. Your profile and settings are saved in the browser's storage (localStorage) on your device. Data is sent to the server only in the cases below.

  • Contact form (name and phone) โ€” sent to us so we can reply to your request. Used only for the reply and not shared with third parties.
  • Website chat and the Telegram bot @Fudao888_bot โ€” the text of your message is sent to our server and to an artificial intelligence model to generate the answer.
  • โ€œUnified AI readingโ€ in the Mega Calculator โ€” when you press the button, the report text is sent to our server and to an artificial intelligence model to write the reading.
  • Bug report (๐Ÿž button) โ€” your text, the page address, the browser type and, if you attach one, a screenshot are sent.
  • Web analytics โ€” Yandex.Metrica (Yandex LLC) and Rybbit hosted on our own server: aggregated visit statistics (pages, device, referrer, clicks) used to improve the site. Yandex.Metrica uses cookies; you can disable them in your browser settings.

3. Retention and security

Data sent to the server is kept no longer than needed to answer your request and run the site. The connection is encrypted (HTTPS). We do not sell personal data.

4. Children

The service is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect their data.

5. Your rights and contact

You may ask what data we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. Message us on Telegram @Fudao888_bot or use the form on the home page.

6. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
